Horse sashimi (basashi) at some izakaya. It's actually not that good, and not worth the price. Doesn't taste weird or anything though. |

The night after some job fair and karaoke, we went to one of the only ramen shops still open, and it was decorated with all these anime figures. Bryan was pretty excited. Uh... |
On the 26th, Nick came up to Tokyo for just a few days with his sidekick from Hyogo. We met up in Akihabara, which I assumed would be one of many Tokyo spots to hit up for the day. I was wrong, since we ended up spending the entire day there. Haha. |

"Anime chick Nick" and some Cool Old Dude. |
Let's not talk about maid cafes, but Nick really enjoyed getting his picture taken with this 14 year old girl. Welcome Japan! |
NR7000 trying to decide which adult movies to buy, since they don't sell this kind of modern entertainment in Ono (1921).
He ended up buying 32 DVDs and a blow up doll. |
Sidekick is waaaay too happy with these life-size dolls. |

Akihabara at night; notice the Taito Game Station arcade with the giant Space Invader. |
Kreva is not a douche.
No, no wait - he totally is. |
Nick fulfilled his lifelong dream of owning the Hulk Hands toy. |
Nick and Sidekick doing some anime dance. Pretty scary. I will post the YouTube video very soon.
...aaaand here it is. |
Nick combined his Tanuki Balls dance with the Hulk Hands for the new and improved Big Hands Balls Dance 2008. |
The Hands were actually pretty cool. |

The following weekend, we had a sakura party at Chiba Castle. Too bad it started raining just a few hours after we started. |
Around Chiba Castle. A pretty sweet area and only 10 minutes from my apartment. |
We ended up going to some bar near Parco because of the rain. Brian and Eri look happy. Oops! |
