Whoa! Took a lot of pictures in November. Sorry the page is so long. I'm going to start posting pics in smaller batches (not just by month). I suspect this last month in Japan will mean a lot of pictures.

We had the IES Halloween party on November 5th, since we were getting back from Nagano on October 31st. It was pretty fun. Here is my crappy costume, consisting of a stolen mask, a 1000 yen afro, an aluminum foil claw, and a bedsheet.

I was busy setting stuff up, running around in my costume, etc for the first half of the party. So I had to steal other people's pictures. This one is from Bryan. Bryan (on the right) is a Crazy 88 and Seth (left of course) is a drunken salaryman. Both of them just wore what they wear to field placement. Haha

Mikey and Ari and I went to the Bandai Museum in Matsudo! Lots of Masked Rider, Power Rangers, Gundam, and other stuff. Here's me with Kaixa and Faiz in the background.

Better shot of those two Riders. I love these suits. Oh man I'm a dork.

You can get a 1:1 full scale replica of the Faiz belt. It comes with the camera/iron knuckle and the torch/lazer pointer. It's made of die cast metal. Oh but what? How much is it? Like 25000 yen! Yeowch......someone buy this for me please.

They had like every power rangers toy (weapons, robots, etc) ever made on display. Sad thing about this picture? I think I own about 80% of the robots here.

Me and the first Red Ranger (circa 1973-ish).

Apparently Bandai Museum also employs Oompa-Loompas.

This thing's called "Panda Z." I love this robot, but too bad all the toys are way expensive. I should have stolen this one.

Ari started going off on Mazinger Z and the next thing you know, he's got a black eye. That rocket fist is a knockout.

Went on a field trip for History class to Nezu, with some temples and shit. It was really boring, but I like this temple picture.

Father and son! Seth and Yuji.

Most. Disturbing. Picture. Ever.

This is the Tokyo Big Sight. It's the awesomest building I think I've ever seen. It's out near Odaiba (that area). It's a convention center, and I went there to go to the Nintendo DS event. Really cool looking area around it also: big atrium-like space, other space-age looking buildings and such.

Well it's nothing new now, but when I got to play the thing, it hadn't been released in either Japan or the US. It's Nintendo's new system, the DS.

Since they obviously don't celebrate Thanksgiving out here in Japan, we had to make due without. We ended up going to karaoke. Here's Mikey and Heson singing some Disney duet.

Seth, Bryan, and Eunjin at the karaoke place. I have no idea why Seth is so happy. I think it's because he loves Thanksgiving so much.

You'd think that getting drunk, passing out, and singing Mary Poppins songs from the ground would be the end of him. Nope, he got up, kicked stuff, and ran all the way home. Super hero.

If this isn't sad, I dunno what is. Thanksgiving night dinner after i got back from karaoke. It consists of conbini microwaves chicken nuggets that smelled like corn dogs, a riceball filled with fish, and a big chocolate melon bread. I'm eating double the turkey at X-Mas.

Another field trip for History. And yes it was boring. One of the places we went was the Imperial Palace. Thanks to great planning, we couldn't walk in at all since it's closed on Fridays. So here's a really stupid posed shot of me "ringing the doorbell" to the Emperor.

Last stop of the field trip was to Tokyo University, the best school in the country. It was a pretty nice campus; reminded me of like Harvard and what not. And yes the students were even bigger losers than normal. Shock!

Me Bryan and Ari went to this bar/pub called "The Lockup" in Ikebukuro one night. It's a jail/cave themed place with monsters walking around, and the waitresses are dressed in plastic cop uniforms with short skirts. Unfortunately, all I got are pictures of us. Boooooo. Here's Bryan.

Me and Ari. I turned my flash off so the pictures looked better lit (jails and caves don't have flashes afterall). Of course, with no flash my camera can't focus very well.

That's November! December pics coming soon.
