This guy was in Akihabara helping promote some wireless internet service. He didn't seem to be too happy that I stood on the corner and took a picture of him. He probably got pissed when I took about two more.

Gate at Meiji Shrine

Building at Meiji Shrine

This was a building in the area of the Imperial Palace. I don't think it was actually part of the palace, though...

Took this picture in the park. I was pretty impressed with it. And NO, I don't usually go around taking pictures of pink flowers. Shut up.

In Harajuku on the weekends, all these young kids (around middle school or high school) come to this bridge and hang out. The kicker is, they all dress up weird. Like anime characters, goth stuff, vampires, and... weird unicorn creatures? I have no idea what this girl is supposed to be.

This kid thought he was some kind of space samurai or something...

This guy really made me want to go kick him in the balls. He just had to get all dressed up in a black suit, go to the bridge (where all the Japanese kids dressed up go, and all the tourists go to see them), and sat and read his book. Probably some kind of poetry. He was obviously looking for attention. Stupid beatniks.

Around Harajuku, there is also a shop with a name that you can understand w/o knowing any Japanese. Nick gives a disturbing smile as he walked towards...

No, this isn't a posed shot. Although that IS a giant cartoon condom behind me.

We happened to be in Tokyo the weekend before St. Patrick's Day. All the Irish and American people in the area decided to throw a parade, with Guiness as an apparent sponsor.

...at least I *think* it was a St. Patrick's Day parade...

Tsukiji Fish Market is where the majority of Japan's fish goes after being caught that morning in the ocean. It's auctioned off there every day, to be sold to stores and restaurants.

Giant fish, fresh as can be. As you can guess, you can get some of the best sushi in the stores surrounding the market. I ate a lot and got sick. It was worth it.

The Asahi Building has a giant...something on top. I think it looks like a big golden carrot. Someone said it was a flame. The guy at Asahi made sure to let us know that "it is not a giant shit" (he said that in English, too).

Giant crab. Enough said.

Someone please tell me what I'm doing. Although this is the Nissan Building. I think I just wanted a retarted picture.

Pokemon Center Tokyo. It's like the Disney Store, but with Pokemon stuff. Everything from cookies to Gameboys to CDs to Pokemon socks.

Me and this Pokemon looked frighteningly similar on this day...
